HVAC service is needed. Handled meets the technician, then uses included time to assemble outdoor furniture and swap lightbulbs. Base $250 + presence $20 = $270 for multiple tasks handled through one text thread.

Estate example

Large deck construction gets done while Handled manages contractor visits and uses included labor for seasonal furniture construction and site cleanup. Base $400 + presence $60 = $460 for a high-touch month without the owner managing the moving pieces.
